Established by Pep Rocca in Adelaide, the strong family founded group brings together more than three decades of construction heritage, finance discipline and property development expertise into a single, vertically integrated business.

From the first site acquisition through to practical completion and long-term asset ownership, every decision is made with intention. That means trusted partners, better outcomes and places that genuinely shape the city we call home.

Pep Rocca began his career as a founding partner of RCR Partners, one of Adelaide's most respected accounting firms. That grounding in numbers, risk and long-term thinking has shaped every project the group has ever delivered.

When Pep established Australasian Property Developments in 2004 - now trading as Rocca Property Group - he combined his financial expertise with a family building legacy spanning generations. The result is a business that thinks like an investor, builds like a craftsman and holds assets like an owner who never intends to leave.

Today, the group is responsible for some of Adelaide's most significant commercial, mixed-use and residential precincts - with a pipeline that continues to redefine what is possible in South Australia.
