Pep Rocca is the founder and driving force behind Rocca Property Group. With more than 30 years of property development and accounting expertise, Pep has built one of South Australia’s most respected and enduring development businesses.

His career began as a founding partner of RCR Partners in 1995 – one of Adelaide’s most established accounting firms – where he developed the financial discipline and client relationships that continue to shape the group’s approach today.

As developer and Managing Director, Pep has led the delivery of landmark projects including the Bio Hub Adelaide precinct, ORTA on The Parade, Como Norwood, the transformation of 45 Pirie Street and the redevelopment of Rundle Square. His ability to navigate complex, large-scale developments involving adaptive reuse, sensitive site conditions and commercial repositioning is unmatched in the South Australian market.

Matt Willis brings deep specialist knowledge of commercial leasing and transaction management to his role at Rocca Property Group. His career spans some of Australia’s most prominent real estate organisations – including global firms CBRE and JLL – where he held senior office and retail leasing positions.

Prior to joining the group, Matt led national lease negotiations for the Smokemart & GiftBox portfolio at Peregrine Corporation, one of Australia’s largest private retailers, managing relationships across shopping centres nationwide.

Matt’s commercially driven approach and breadth of experience across multiple asset classes underpins the group’s leasing strategy across its entire portfolio.

Rick Capaldo contributes more than 17 years of construction industry experience to his role as General Manager of Rocca Property Group. He has overseen a diverse range of medium to large-scale commercial projects – from $10 million to $150 million in value – across residential, retail, health, defence and industrial sectors.

As General Manager, Rick manages all facets of the business across both the commercial and residential construction arms – integrating the development and construction capabilities of Rocca Property Group, Australasian Property Developments and F&E Rocca Builders & Contractors into a single cohesive operation.

Sarah Rocca brings a strong foundation in design and property to her role at Rocca Property Group. Holding a degree from the University of Melbourne, she has several years of experience delivering a diverse range of commercial and residential projects.

Throughout her career, Sarah has been involved in all stages of project delivery, from design coordination and procurement through to construction management and project completion. She has worked across a broad range of developments, collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Sarah’s attention to detail, strong communication skills and collaborative approach make her a valued member of the Rocca Property Group team, helping to deliver high-quality projects with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.

Dom brings 18 years of experience across the construction and retail industries to his role as Operations Manager. Responsible for all operations within the business, including accounts, payroll and administration, Dom provides essential support to the entire construction team and serves as the key liaison between clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
